I made a few different Grinch-themed cookies this holiday season, but these are my favorite! Green cookies with red and green M&M's. The M&M's become nice and crunchy with every bit of the soft green sugar cookies. Not only are these delicious, but they are super easy as well!

Grinch Cookie Recipe

This is a very simple and easy cookie recipe that's perfect for the holidays. I love recipes that can throw together, pop into the oven, and enjoy it! You don't have to make yours green, but I decided I wanted these to be Grinch-themed as he is an iconic holiday character. I will be adding even more green next time because as they bake, the color does fade a tiny bit. I always let my cookie recipes cool fully on the cookie sheet after they bake. This way, if they come out a little doughy, they will finish cooking on the sheet.

This recipe is great for holiday parties and family gatherings as it makes around 36 cookies. The crunchy M&M's added to these cookies are the cherries on top. They create perfect bites!
